Our Story

Compass Partners started in 2012 because our founder got tired of watching smart business owners struggle with dumb processes. Early on, we worked mostly with manufacturing companies — that's where we learned the hard way what works and what doesn't. Over 11 years, we've expanded into retail, logistics, healthcare, and professional services. Each client taught us something. Each failure taught us more. Today we're 23 people strong, based in Johannesburg, and still obsessed with solving real operational problems.
